According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, www.valmix.ro (hereinafter referred to as the Site), has the obligation to manage the personal data provided in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes of users.
Through the services offered to users by the Site, we want to offer you offers and information as accessible and useful as possible every day. To achieve this goal, we collect through the forms on the Site, certain information that differentiates you from the visitors who arrive on the Site daily. We never divulge, under any pretext, this information, except for the cases stipulated in the legislation.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data. The rights of people who use the services of the Website and who are asked to disclose personal data in order to access certain services, are provided for in Law no. 677/2001 regarding the processing of personal data. Thus, users have the following rights:

The requested changes will be resolved, in the order of their receipt, within a reasonable period of no more than 30 working days from the date of receipt.

SITE USE AGREEMENT
By using the site and by disclosing personal data, you declare that you have read this Privacy Policy and declare that you agree to the Site collecting and processing your personal data such as: name, surname, address e-mail address, telephone number, other information transmitted in the message, directly and / or through its proxies and / or contractual partners under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
