What we can offer!
Realization of technological routes specific to the wine processing industry, it involves the use of certified stainless steel materials, the welds will be performed both inside and outside in compliance with welding quality and sanitary standards.
The welds are in a WIG-argon protected environment (Wolfram Inert Gas), the weld bead will be finished on the outside, being protected by pickling and chemical passivation.
Technological routes can be designed on production phases to help a better description and understanding of the entire technological process.
The product feeding/unloading routes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the unloading is carried out with the help of pumps and through distribution boards the product will be directed to the desired processing section.
For the washing process, we propose the possibility of individual washing of a container at any time even when you are in the loading/unloading phase of other containers, the routes on which the washing is carried out being designed and executed to function independently of the product ones.
The washing system is fully automatic ensuring a complete wash at the selected parameters, it has automatic dosing pumps as part of its component.
Automation
In the wine processing industry, it is very important to implement an automatic processing and control system, which will allow obtaining a quality product and eliminate possible human errors that may appear in the technological flow.
We propose you in this sense automation which will allow you to:
- the introduction by the staff assigned information of the type: date it was loaded, the batch it belongs to, loading/unloading temperature, manufacturing recipe.
–tank unloading control after completing the information in the system regarding: characteristics and/or data about the supplier, lot, validity period, no. car, driver's name, the name of the person who performs the unloading as well as data about the number/name of the container in which the product will be stored.
- the measurement of the quantity and the temperature at discharge, the automatic recording of the information in the system, thus creating a history of the desired parameters.
