Acidophilic pasteurization valve
Description
The valve ensures the pasteurization of milk or cream at a temperature of 85-90aC with the help of the thermal agent.
Cooling at the thermostatic temperature of approx. 25...45 degrees Celsius is done with the help of ice water in order to obtain fresh products (yoghurt, milk, kefir, whipped milk, sour cream).
The valve is made of stainless steel, has a vertical cylindrical shape and is provided with an electrical automation system that ensures the operation of the agitator and the display of the programmed temperature.

- inspection opening for cleaning for capacities greater than 1500L
- CIP washing system with 2 heads for closed pasteurization valves
- electrical panel with temperature display and engine on-off control
- the temperature probe for measuring the temperature of the milk
– coil for boiling with hot water/steam
